So when a user changes the Spam level in their personal settings, or if I change any global spam settings the kill level gets reset back to the spam_tag levels? Any chance the kill level can be set inside the interface. A lot of false positives will get discarded this way.

Also, how does the system treat outgoing mail as far as spam checking? By that I mean can I use the kill level for outgoing rather than the tag level. I am using https://docs.iredmail.org/disable.spam. … ails.html. Again, a lot of outbound false positives have blocked users outbound mail so I had to whitelist the entire domain, but I see that as a potential problem if a user gets their password hacked, or gets a virus.

I have been making some changes to try and bring spam down to a dull roar, and that is no longer in the maillog. What setting might I have changed that would remove that line?

We are unable to connect to iredadmin-pro plateform.  We have upgraded Debian as usual and we are having the following errors in the /var/log/apache2/error.log

[Thu Nov 29 01:31:45.259981 2018] [core:notice] [pid 6926] AH00052: child pid 8143 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

I have added the "WSGIApplicationGroup %{GLOBAL}" in /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/iredadmin.conf but still cannot reach iredadmin login page and it says 500 internal error. 

We are using: Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) mod_auth_pgsql/2.0.3 OpenSSL/1.0.2l mod_wsgi/4.5.11 Python/2.7

Your help will be much appreciated to resolve the problem.

When you say "massive lag", do you mean you will delete a message in Outlook and it remains on the server for days? Weeks? and then finally disappears?

If you have Outlook setup as a POP3 client try looking in file>account settings>[your email]>properties and see if you have the checkbox checked to leave email on the server for xx days, and if you have the box unchecked that says deleted from server when deleted folder is emptied.

This feature has been implemented in upcoming iRedAdmin-Pro release.

Are you running PostgreSQL? Please make sure SQL user "iredadmin" owns all sql tables under "iredadmin" database.

Is it possible for you to downgrade mod_wsgi and try again?

1: Try to get the vmail password from /etc/postfix/ldap/*.cf. Generate a SSHA password with command 'slappasswd'.
2: Install package "ldapvi", connect to LDAP server with command "ldapvi".
3: Find LDAP object "cn=vmail,dc=xx,dc=xx", change its password to the one you found from /etc/postfix/ldap/*.cf.

  I got this error on mail log of Mail 1
  relay=none, delay=536, delays=535/1/0/0.05, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (unknown mail transport error)

after i add the IP address of server A in Postfix /etc/postfix/main.cf on Server B (Server B is Mail 1 on our discussion)

following successful installation from my iRedMail Pro tar bundle, I log in with my "postmaster" credentials to iRedAdmin and the splash screen tells me I need to upgrade to iRedMail Pro.  I also don't seem to have the sources promised with the purchase.

Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply Zhang. 
I don't know if it is possible to downgrade as it was package update. 
How to downgrade it do you have any idea? I just remove apt-get remove libapache2-mod-wsgi and install an older one through dpkg -i package
