    It's really good solution , but I ran into an issue that my emails sending from roundcube landing into spam/junk folder gmail and hotmail both. I added postertool of gmail and its record into dns and also office365 for delist.

    Although server is completly new and new ip + domain no blacklisting any where. spf , dmarc is there as well.

    Any idea how to get email to be inbox.

    not as of yet, I am currently recreating domain and users manually rather then importing the database, then going to move the older emails over into each users folder on the server. at that point i can make the new server live

  • When I log in to iRedadmin - It has only iredAdmin,  How to I upgrade to iredAdmin Pro - as the latest version when I upgrade give the below:

    We don't control gmail/hotmail, so it's hard to achieve this. sad

    Make sure you have all required DNS records, also DKIM signature.

    Hi Zhang,

    Mail list was already running live and had been created under older iRedAdmin-Pro panel. I upgraded to new version and wanted to remove member of mail list and it is not removing any member or moderator.

    And about top bar search. It is my fault. Actually it searches information however suppose I search for any email id or mail list and click on it's options icon (Edit account profile) or membership icon it throws error Error: IndexError('list index out of range',)

    Hello,

    I've setup every thing spf , dkim , dmarc , txt , added google postmaster tool  txt and also office365 delist process. Even my server and ip are fresh and domain as well there is no blacklisting issue . Yet I'm unable to figure out where the hell its landing into spam folder gmail/outlook/hotmail.

    Can any one tell me where the path to get public key which amavishd-new generate I know the path for public key , private key path is /var/lib/dkm/privatekey-domain.pem

    Hope some one has solve this hotmail/gmail issue.
