so question; you mention iredadmin becoming its own service but you don't instruct on removing / disabling uwsgi. why?

This is handled by iRedAdmin(-Pro) upgrade script automatically.

then it didn't work. the service is still active and running for me. i just ran the 0.9.3 upgrade script.

also, you mention, "Set file/directory permission to 0400 for dumpped SQL backup files". where is this accomplished in your upgrade tutorial?

Updated iRedMail upgrade tutorial to mention this.

thank you.

it does look like it restarted it but not disabled and stopped it. maybe even remove the package altogether?

i also noted that the mysql backup script is set permission wise to u+x while the sogo script is not. is that correct? in your update docs you set chmod 0400. should it be 0500 to match? or should the other one in fact be set to 0400?

I use the default.conf but with a 301 to https.  Both Roundcube and SOGo work fine.

Your mention of the service sent me to check "ps", and there is no "iredadmin" running, though uwsgi is using a pidfile for its six processes: /var/run/iredadmin/iredadmin.pid

Further, I tried manually enabling and starting iredadmin, :

- If you use same LDAP suffix ("dc=vs109,dc=xxx") while installing new iRedMail server, then you can restore without modifying the LDIF file. because all postfix/dovecot/... config files use this LDAP suffix.
- If you use different LDAP suffix on new iRedMail server, you'd better modify the LDIF first, then restore.

What do you mean send email "from server1 to server2"?

Mailboxes are synced between 2 servers with the glusterfs, sent and received emails (stored in Sent and INBOX folders) are supposed to appear on both servers.

thanks for reply
i send email from mailserver 1 to mailserver 2 but i never ever recevied any email on mailserver 2 !!!
