You need to set up your MX records to point to the PTR you set up with your internet provider. It's usually something like mail.yourwebsiteaddress.com
You delete the current MX record that is in there from your hosting company. You replace it with:
mail.yourwebsite.com 0
Make sure you also set up your SPF and domains keys.
