You don't have correct SQL password for iredadmin database in iredadmin config file (/usr/share/apache2/iredadmin/settings.py).
You can find original password in "iRedMail.tips" file, it's generated under iRedMail folder during installation. or you can reset it.

But now with roundcube is connection problem too. I need to know the file I change the password for it too.

One more thing: the panel / iredadmin I create an email, try to login with it and it does not work. Presents a message from User / Password incorrect.
