    I looked at another server with the configuration (iRedMail 0.9.8, CentOS 7.4.1708, MySQL) and there are not any new duplicate emails (this server is working for 10 months).
    The major difference is the SOGo version: the one with problems is 4.0.4 and the other is 3.2.10

    Go to /opt/iRedAPD-x.x/tools
    (x.x is the greatest version that is installed)

    run command: python greylisting_admin.py --list
    to see domains that are filtered

    run command: python greylisting_admin.py --from name@domain.xxx --enable
    to enable the reject of name@domain.xxx

    run command: python greylisting_admin.py --from name@domain.xxx --disable
    to accept emails from name@domain.xxx without being filtered by the server

    if you are using @domain.xxx all the emails from the domain.xxx will be accepted or rejected

    It's totally fine to use 'example.com/net'  to replace real domain names in forum post (and it's recommended), what confused me is the inconsistent domain names.

    - Which iRedAdmin-Pro release are you running?
    - How can i reproduce this issue? Login as a normal user and blacklist some sender in the Quarantined Mails page? I need this to check whether it's a bug of iRedAdmin-Pro.

    As a temporary solution, you can whitelist it for your user:

    python /opt/iredapd/tools/wblist_admin.py --add --whitelist --account 'user@domain.com' '@.yahoo.com'

    OK, check this:

    - Check /var/log/dovecot/lda.log, are there log lines indicate this email was delivered multiple times? If yes, it's not a SOGo/ActiveSync issue.
    - If only one log line for the email in /var/log/dovecot/lda.log, it's like a ActiveSync issue OR a MUA (Outlook issue).

    To check whether it's a ActiveSync issue, try this:

    Try to setup this account as an ActiveSync (or Exchange) account on your iPhone/Android/BlackBerry phone. send testing email to reproduce this issue. If it happened on both phone and Outlook, then it's more like an ActiveSync issue. But if it happens only on Outlook, then it's more like an Outlook issue, maybe cache, or other reason.

    Yes. I have also asked the user to try black- and whitelisting by entering domains and addresses manually at Domains and Accounts -> example.com -> White/Blacklist to see if that works.

    Yes, I can also do it in iRedAdmin-Pro, as it seems to be working if I do it as the postmaster.

    It's only one line in /var/log/dovecot/lda.log
    I setup the account on Android and iOS and it's not receiving duplicates.

    The duplicates finish if I close Outlook and another new email is received; in this case, the new email will repeat duplicate.
    I think it's an Outlook 2013 issue, on 2016 is not.

    This was fixed in SOGo 2.2.2, and you're definitely running sogo 3.x or 4.x. it should include this fix.

    today I've got to renew my ssl cert's but according to: https://forum.iredmail.org/topic14495-c … issue.html I've got the same issue again.

    I ran the command: certbot certonly --webroot -w /var/www/html -d mail.easyvoicemail.nl, -d www.easyvoicemail.nl, -d secure.easyvoicemail.nl, -d easyvoicemail.nl, -d imap.easyvoicemail.nl, -d smtp.easyvoicemail.nl, -d secure.easyvoiceonline.nl, -d easyvoiceonline.nl, -d imap.easyvoiceonline.nl, -d smtp.easyvoiceonline.nl, -d mail.easyvoiceonline.nl, -d secure.easyvoiceonline.nl

    but it says: Requested domain  is not a FQDN because it contains an empty label.

    by the way can I pay you once to fix this and make the certificate last aslong as possible or can you describe me how to do this? maybe via a remote connection so you can learn me how to do this the right way?

    I found this is the right command;

    Followed by:
    rm -f /etc/ssl/private/iRedMail.key
    rm -f /etc/ssl/certs/iRedMail.crt
    ln -s /etc/letsencrypt/live/mail.easyvoicemail.nl/privkey.pem /etc/ssl/private/iRedMail.key
    ln -s /etc/letsencrypt/live/mail.easyvoicemail.nl/fullchain.pem /etc/ssl/certs/iRedMail.crt

    Then it was all done and fine, things are easy when you do them right... wink I'll keep this post as a note to myself!
