Thanks for reply. I managed to clean blacklist, however still have ongoing problem .
The mail gets Quarantined even when server global policy is set to NOT QUARANTINE (see image) (inner domains/ personal emails are also switched off for quarantine )
I need however the mail to get the SPAM-X headers ., thus i cannot switch of "Enable Spam Checking" i assume. But i dont need any mail to stuck in quaranitne.
Could you please comment on this ?

I`m trying migrate users accounts with passwords from ldap-server to other system. I have ready text file with content silimar to this:

After this I dedoce "karol" password with command:

PS - To my last question - i see that im unable to make "Prefix text [SPAM] to the subject of spam" thing work . I checked it serverwise, i see many mails with score more than 6 , and none of mails got [SPAM] in the subject.

After removing all blacklist / whitelist entries I am still receiving this error when attempting to send an email to an address that was previously blacklisted.

I tried to force the iredadmin psql password but no better.
Any idea would be appreciated

Seems you have wrong SQL password for user "iredadmin" in /opt/www/iredadmin/settings.py, please double check.
Try this:
- Turn on debug mode in iRedAPD. FYI: https://docs.iredmail.org/debug.iredapd.html
- Reproduce this blacklist again
- Check iRedAPD log file, iRedAPD logs detailed info in debug mode, it should be easy to figure out why it's blacklisted, then you can remove the blacklist if you want.
Please turn on debug mode in Amavisd to see which spam policy it gets from sql db.

Does your server have file /run/uwsgi/iredadmin.socket when uwsgi service is running?

3. Discourse Start command is not working in CMD. Showing error like below....

I suppose Nginx is listening on port 80 AND 443, so your Discourse can not start due to it tries to bind to port 443.
Usually i use Python to query LDAP and get the user account profile, including password, and it's a string starts with {SSHA} or {SSHA512} (depends on your encryption), no need to call openssl for decoding.
It's very possible a syntax error in your %banned_rules setting. Try to tune it and test again.
I can guarantee you that new iRedMail and iRedAdmin-Pro release will be available next week (Nov 19-26).
Still some documentation work remained, give me a break.

could a mass of emails all coming in around the same time cause a bottleneck so to speak and create an issue like this?
I don't think so in your case.
I suggest turn on debug mode in Dovecot to check this mail delivery to this account.
